Wanda Weyand Obituary

Wanda Weyand, 100, of Ottawa, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at Ottawa Pavilion.

Committal Service will be at 10:00 am Monday, May 23, 2022 at the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum in Oakwood Memorial Park, with Rev. Bruno Byomuhai officiating. Ottawa Funeral Home has been entrusted with her care.

Wanda was born December 16, 1921, in Colorado, to Carl and Hessie (Luke) Matthews . She married Robert Weyand in 1946 in Ottawa, IL

Wanda worked for Ryburn King and Ottawa Community Hospitals as a surgical technician.

She is survived by her Daughter-in-law, Mary Ellen Weyand and her two grandsons, Robert Matthew and Adam Weyand.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert, her son Robert,
