Dennis Brown

Dennis M. Brown, 69, Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, passed away at his home Sunday, August 26, 2012 Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, September 1, 2012, at Ottawa Funeral Home. Dennis was born October 14, 1942, to the late Paul and Edith (Connerly) Brown in Ottawa. Dennis was an U.S. Army veteran who went on in life to master many skills. He was a master mechanic, journeyman carpenter, corporate pilot, ending his career holding a 100-ton boat captain's license. He was an avid vintage car restorer. Dennis is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, MaryAnn (Vatsula) Brown; one daughter, Brandi Brown-Rogalla and her husband, Patrick, of Ottawa; one grandson, Paul Michael Rogalla; one brother, Robert Brown and his wife, Dayle, of Spring Grove; and one sister, Madelyn Mudgett and her husband, David, of Franklin, Wis.
