Charlene Rivers Obituary

Charlene Rivers, 82, of Marseilles, IL, passed away Friday July 29, 2022 at Ottawa Pavilion surrounded by her family.

Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am Wednesday August 3, 2022 at Osborne-Nelson Funeral Home, with Rev. Duane Kaufman officiating. Visitation will be 9-11a.m. at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery Montgomery, Ill.

Charlene was born February 18, 1940, in Ottawa, IL, to Palmer and Lucille (Vernoy) Hauge .

She enjoyed crocheting, reading, and puzzles.

She is survived by; Three daughters - Lucinda Nichols (Leonard Hisle), Tina Voice (Paul Zenisek), and Dawn (Charles) Wallace. 7 grandchildren - Kabrina Nichols, Michael Nichols, Anthony Wallace, Nathan Wallace, Heather Trager, Alex Voice, and Raymond Hisle. 10 great grandchildren. 1 brother - Palmer Hauge.

Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, husband - Richard Rivers, 2 brothers - Robert Hauge Sr. and Elmer Hauge.

Pallbearers will be her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
