William J. Zoran

William J. Zoran, 63, of Ottawa, passed away, Saturday, Aug. 16, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Patrick's Church with the Rev. Philip Halfacre officiating. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Ottawa Funeral Home with prayers at 4 p.m. and the Knights of Columbus in attendance. He was born July 7, 1945, in Ottawa, to William "Matt" and Mary Jule (White) Zoran. He married Hulda Sion on Feb. 10, 1968, at St. Patrick's Church. He was caretaker for his wife for the past 10 years; and worked at Bay Valley Foods. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church, the Knights of Columbus and the 4th Degree and Union Local 81. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Susan (Thomas) Grzechowiak of Milwaukee, Wis., and Sally (Scott) Rowan of Normal; one son, Paul (Lisa) of Ottawa; four grandchildren, Kyle, Kylee, Ryan and Kaelynn; and one brother, Ron (Cathi) Zoran of Warrenville. He was preceded in death by his parents. Pallbearers will be Jeff and Brian Zoran, Brad, Stephanie and Jessica Beutke and Kyle Grzechowiak.
