William "Bill" C. Willey, 77, of Tucson, Arizona died Tuesday January 18, 2011 at LaColina, Tucson, AZ. Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Thursday at Oakwood Memorial Park with Rev. Duane Kaufman officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. at the Mausoleum. Burial will be in Oakwood Memorial Park with military Services. Arrangements are entrusted to the Ottawa Funeral Home. Bill was born July 17, 1933 to Walter and Helen (Green) Willey in Ottawa, Illinois. He attended St. Columba Grade School and Marquette High School. He served in the United States Navy and retired from the United States Army. He married Barbara B. Dilley September 3, 1962 at Miami OK. He worked as a cook, cable repairman, truck driver, and auxiliary police officer. He was a member of DAV. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; one son, Gregory (Sharon) Willey; two grandchildren, Angel Renee (Walter) Ellis and Jason Willey; four great-grandchildren; and one brother, Walter R. Willey. He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister; and one stepdaughter. Memorials may be directed to the family.
