William Payne

William T. "Billy" Payne, Jr., 51, of Ottawa, died Monday, October 3, 2011 at Ottawa Regional Hospital and Healthcare Center. Memorial Service for Billy will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 8, 2011 at the Ottawa Funeral Home. Visitation will be 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 8, 2011 at the Ottawa Funeral Home. Cremation rites were accorded. Billy was born February 7, 1960 in LaSalle, Illinois. He worked at Ace Mobile Home. He played in dart leagues at Calloway's and bowling leagues at Dettore's downtown. Billy graduated from Ottawa High School in 1978 and is the loving father of Blake Payne. He is survived by his Mom, Sandra (Jimmy) Hendrickson, and Dad, William Payne; a son, Blake Payne of Wenona; three brothers, Randy (Mary Kay) Payne of Ottawa, Edward (Anna Brown) Payne of Marseilles, and James (Tammy) Hendrickson of Virginia; three sisters, Candy (David) Dubach of Georgia, Cindy (Mike) Baiz of Marseilles, and Samantha (Fernando) Alvarado of Streator; also surviving is the love of his life, Rhonda Krupp of Arizona; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by one sister, Tammy Milam and his maternal and paternal grandparents. Memorials may be directed to the family.
