William Nevin

William "Bill" Nevin, 88, of Ottawa, IL, died, Sunday, September 26, 2010 at Ottawa Pavilion. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at St. Patrick's Church, with the Rev. Philip Halfacre officiating. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery. Visitation will be from 8:30 - 9:30 am, Tuesday, September 28 at Ottawa Funeral Home. Bill was born, December 3, 1921, in Ottawa, IL., to William and Elizabeth (Walsh) Nevin Bill Farm most of his life in Wallace twp and had been the custodian at the First Congressional Church for over 30 years. He was a member of St. Patrick Church in Ottawa. He is survived by; two nephews William (Cindy) Nevin of Morgantown W V. and Robert (Margaret) Nevin of Ottawa, three Nieces Beth Burnett of Cider City UT, Sue (Frank) Less of Ottawa and Nancy (John) Britt of Somonauk, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Robert and one sister Rita Nevin.
