Virginia M. Depaoli

Virginia M. DePaoli, 84, of Ottawa, Illinois passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2012 in Ottawa. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, October 22, 2012 at St. Patrick Church in Ottawa with Rev. Joseph Donton officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 22, 2012 at Ottawa Funeral Home. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Virginia was born April 9, 1928 in Blairsville, Pennsylvania to Anthony and Virginia (Kovash) Varrato. She married William DePaoli on October 7, 1956 at St. Columba Church. She was a member of St. Patrick Church. She is survived by three daughters, Christine Dilley of Ottawa, Gail (Allen) Whiteaker of Ottawa, and Mary (Steve) Angell of Naplate; one son, Edward (Sally) DePaoli of Ottawa; nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William; her parents, Anthony and Virginia Varrato; her sister, Betty Magelli; her brother, Joseph Varrato; a son in infancy; and her son-in-law, Bill Dilley. Pallbearers will be Jason Whiteaker, Sarah Ballerini, Bryan Dilley, Eric Dilley, Joseph DePaoli, Timothy DePaoli, Stevi Angell, Molly Angell, and LeAnne Reding. Memorials may be directed to the family.
