Thomas H. Quinn Iii

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, January 21 at Ottawa Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Driscoll officiating. Visitation will be 4 - 7 pm, Friday, January 20 at the Ottawa Funeral Home . Burial will be in Ottawa Avenue Cemetery, with full military rites. Thomas was born September 21, 1951 in Ottawa to Thomas Quinn II and Beverly Brooks. He married Kelly Tuftie on September 28, 1991 at Starved Rock Lodge , Utica, Il. Tom Served in the US Army in Germany in 1971 & 1972. He was a member of the American Legion and Labor Local 393. He worked for Ruiz Construction until retirement. Quinny always had a quick wit and an outstanding sense of humor. He was a die hard Chicago sports fan. Tommy loved his family, friends and "pet posse". His easy going and soft spoken personality is what made him so loved by everyone. He is survived by his wife, Kelly; two daughters, Kyann and Shayla Quinn, both of Ottawa; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. The pallbearers are Giles Eddy, Guy Eddy, Garek Eddy, Jesse Cavanaugh, Jason Cavanaugh, and Justin Bretag. Memorials may be directed to the family.
