Steven Martuzzo

Steven Martuzzo, 67, of Pontiac, passed away Monday, October 3, 2022  at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 am on Monday, October 10, at St. Columba Church, with Monsignor Mark Merdian officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 am - 10:30 am prior to the service at Ottawa Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery.

Steven was born May 26, 1955, in Peru, IL, to William and Marian (Marzetta) Martuzzo . He married Elsa Valdez on October 31, 2009 in Pontiac.

He worked at Caterpillar as a Machine Operator.

He is survived by his wife, Elsa; his children, Jamie Gray, Rebecca (Keith) Donnelly and Benny (Trisha) Santoy; his grandchildren, Britney and Jacob Gray and Makenzee and Kaylee Santoy; his great grandchildren, Sean Davis, Sophia Ruiz, KJ Donnelly, and Camila Gray; his brothers, David (Linda) Martuzzo of Peru IL and Michael (Doria) Martuzzo of Fort Worth, TX; his stepmother, Betty Martuzzo of Oglesby, IL; three nieces, Julie (Matt) Hayes, Jennifer Martuzzo and Melissa Martuzzo, and one nephew, Matthew Martuzzo.

Steven was preceded in death by his parents and his grandson, Keigan Donnelly.

Pallbearers will be Benny Santoy, Jacob Gray, Tommy and Johnny Contreras, Keith Donnelly, and Matthew Martuzzo.
