Sister Marcella Maggio

Marcella L.Maggio, 86, of Ottawa, IL, died, Monday, January 26, 2009 at 906 Canal St. Apt 215. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, January 29, 2009 at St. Patrick's Church, with the Rev. Philip Halfacre, officiating. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Joliet at a later date. Marcella Maggio was born September 7, 1922, in Rockdale, Illinois, to the late Canuto Ruzzini and the late Angela Trentin. She entered the Order of Our Lady of Providence in 1947 and cared for mentally handicap children. She is survived by a Niece, Angela (Joel) Munks of Ottawa, IL, a sister-in-law, Tilie Ruzzini of Gary, IN., and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Parents, and 4 brothers; Gildo, Egidio, Ponce, and Marchello Ruzzini.
