Shelly Nagle

Shelly S. Nagle, 67, of Ottawa, IL, passed away Sunday April 18, 2021 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL.

Shelly was born March 9, 1954, in Mishawaka, IN, to William D. and Mary Lynn (Buzzard) Holsinger . She married Patrick Nagle on September 27, 1980 at St. Monica's Church in Mishawaka, IN.

Shelly was a loving mother to her boys and her special daughter, Carly. Most days she could be found in her many gardens tending to her beautiful flowers. As per her wishes, no services will be held. A celebration will be held at a later date.

She is survived by her husband, Pat;her two sons, Jeremiah Nagle and Casey (Sandra) Nagle; her daughter, Carly Nagle; her two grandchildren, Jack and Brooklyn; her mother, Mary Lynn Holsinger; two sisters, Sherry and Jayne Holsinger; her two brothers, Paul and Greg Holsinger; her sisters-in-law, Ann (Harold) Anson of Dekalb, Maureen Nagle of South Bend, Sharon (Larry) Szymanski of New Carlisle, IN; and her brothers-in-law, Bob (Mary Carole) Nagle of South Bend and Kevin (Debbie) Nagle of Mishawaka, IN.

Shelly was preceded in death by her father, William D. Holsinger.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the family and they will make a large donation in her honor to Little Friends Center for Autism.
