Shalane Stevens, 31, of Ottawa passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 pm Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at Ottawa Funeral Home with Rev. Corey Krengiel officiating. Visitation will be 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at Ottawa Funeral Home.
Shalane was born November 19, 1984 in Ottawa, Illinois to Robert and Pam (Hill) Stevens. She is survived by her father, Robert "Catfish" Stevens; two children, Chloe Frausto and Cortez White; her sister, Samantha Orozco; and one niece, Sophia Orozco.
She is preceded in death by mom.
Memorials may be directed to her family.
