Sandra Lee Hulsart

Sandra Lee Hulsart, of Ottawa, passed away December 21, 2025 at the age of 69 with family at her side.Born February 14, 1956 in Chicago, Illinois to Arthur and Elaine (Stavik) Lemke, Sandra was beautiful inside and out, and deeply loved by those who knew her. 

While Sandra has been retired for some time, she spent many years working for LTD Commodities in manufacturing. Sandra enjoyed playing card games with family and friends, especially Rummy and Spades. She often found herself doing crossword puzzles in her spare time, and absolutely loved the Chicago Bears and Cubs.

Sandra leaves behind a legacy of love with her children, Robert Hulsart, Jr., Theresa Hulsart, and Christine Hulsart, her sisters, Donna Ramage, Jill Swiech, Tammy Lemke, and Hellen Ellison, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Arthur and Allen Lemke.
