Roy Horn

Roy Horn, 83, of Ottawa, passed away Monday, April 10, 2023 at Heritage Woods of Ottawa.

Cremation rites have been accorded to Ottawa Funeral Home.

Roy was born January 24, 1940, in Streator, IL, to Curtis and Margaret (Carpenter) Horn. He married Eleanor Gobel in September of 2000 in Joliet, IL.

He is survived by his daughter, Vicki (Mark) Kepley; his son, Michael (Rebecca) Horn; 7 grandchildren, Savannah, Shea, Paige, Heaven, Alexis, Lillian and Amelia; 3 great grandchildren Grayson, Eleanor and Ky; and a sister Julie (Floyd) Bomhold.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife.
