Rose Marie Repka

Rose Marie "Rose" Repka, 83, of Ottawa, IL passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at Asta Care Center in Toluca, IL. Mass of Christian Burial will be 12:00 PM Friday, January 8, at St. Columba Church with the Rev. David Kipfer officiating. Visitation will be 9:30 to 11:30 AM Friday at Ottawa Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery. Rose was born March 9, 1926 in Ottawa, IL to Joseph and Rose (Kassak) Repka. She retired as the Vice President of the Ottawa Savings Bank in 1991. She was a member of The Ottawa Chamber of Commerce, Zonta, Ottawa Sunrise Rotary, the Altar and Rosary Society and was also Past Business Woman of the Year. Rose is survived by a sister-in-law, Helen Repka; two nephews, Mark (Marla) Miskell and Eric (Connie) Miskell; a niece, Dawn (Tom) Brewer; and ten great nieces and nephews. She is preceded by her parents; a brother, Raymond Repka; and two nephews, William and Robert Miskell. Pallbearers will be Tom and Tommy Brewer and Eric and Mark Miskell. Memorials may be directed to St. Columba School.
