Ronald Grieves

Ronald Grieves, 64, of Ottawa, Illinois passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at his home. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Friday, March 20, 2015 at St. Francis of Assisi with Rev. Augustin Kassa officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Thursday, March 19, 20145 at the Ottawa Funeral Home with prayers at 3:45 PM. Burial will be in Ottawa Avenue Cemetery with military services. Ronald was born August 18, 1950 in Ottawa, Illinois to Christopher and Shirley (Westcott) Grieves. For the last 12 years Ron has shared his life with Jane Jobst. He served in the United States Army. Ron was working for TCOC as a supervisor. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church. He is survived by Jane Jobst; one son, Jason (Tracy) Grieves; his daughter, Stephanie Grieves; two grandsons, Ryan and Kobe Grieves; three brothers, Larry (Sherry) Grieves, Dale (Carol) Grieves, and Tim (Marsha) Grieves; and one sister, Marge Grieves He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Patrick; and one sister Christine Bump. Pallbearers will be Tim, Dale and Ryan Grieves, Wally Antas, Merle Farrell, Vern Heft Memorials may be directed to the Family.
