Robert Mullar

Robert D. Mullar, Sr. 74, of Ottawa, IL, passed away Saturday at his home.

Private Memorial Services were Wednesday 1:30 pm October 6, 2021 at Ottawa Funeral Home, with Rev Gary Caster officiating. Visitation was before the services at Ottawa Funeral Home. Burial was in St. Columba Cemetery with Military Services.

Bob was born July 27, 1947, in Streator, IL, to Russell and Delores (Widman) Mullar. He married Denise Price July 22, 1988 in Ottawa.

Bob served in the US Navy where he served two tours in Vietnam. He was a retired marina technician for Starved Rock Marina and he was a member and served as Commodore of Wide Waters Boat Club. He loved to be out on the road riding his Harley or driving fast cars .

He is survived by his wife Denise Mullar, his son, Bob (Billie Jo) Mullar; one grandson, Alex Mullar; and his great grandchildren, Bastian D. Mullar, Aviana L. Mullar, and Nevaeh K. Mullar.

Robert  was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Nancy Mullar.
