Peggy L. Soule

Peggy L. Soule, 63, of Ottawa, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at Illinois Valley Community Hospital in Peru. Memorial Service for Peggy will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Ottawa Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Feagin officiating. Visitation will be prior to services starting at 10:00 a.m. Cremation rites were accorded. Burial will be in Cornell Cemetery at a later date. Peggy was born January 20, 1949 in Paris, Illinois to Charles and Sue (Dillin) Rowe. She married Larry Jenkins who preceded her in death. She then married Leland Soule on April 12, 1986. Peggy was a teachers' aid at Marseilles Grade School working with handicapped and disabled children. She is survived by her husband, Leland; a son, Mark (Julie) Jenkins of Peru; a daughter, Jaime Rowlee of LaSalle; six grandchildren, Madison, Tyler, Isaac, and Hannah Rowlee, Karsten, and Kendall Jenkins. She is preceded in death by her parents and her first husband. Memorials may be directed to the family.
