Pauline W. Lindsay

Pauline W. Lindsay, 93, of Ottawa passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at LaSalle County Nursing Home. Funeral Service will be 3:00 Friday, May 25, 2012 at Ottawa Funeral Home with Pastor Peter Brick officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 to 3:00, two hours prior to services on Friday, May 25, 2012 at Ottawa Funeral Home. She will be buried in Oakwood Memorial Park. Pauline was born July 13, 1918 in Queen City, Missouri to George and Aleda Smith. She married Frank Walters in 1937, he passed away in 1940. She then married Harold Lindsay in 1943; he passed away December 25, 1967. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Ottawa. She is survived by her son, William "Bill" Walters of Ottawa; three grandchildren; William T. (Debra) Walters of Minnesota, Douglas Walters of Ottawa, and Wendy (Doug) Workman of Las Vegas; four great-grandchildren, Monica, Sarah, Jeffrey, and Cory; and four great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Frank Walters and Harold Lindsay; two sisters, Irma Jacobs and Georgie Cozad; and one brother, Boyd Smith. Memorials may be directed to First Baptist Church or LaSalle County Nursing Home.
