Paul J Heermann

Paul J. Heermann, 60, of Ottawa passed away Monday, July 29, 2013 at his home. A gathering for family and friends for Paul will be 2:00 Sunday, August 4, 2013 at The Illini Lounge, 390 Main Street, Marseilles, Illinois. Paul was born August 18, 1952 in Ottawa, Illinois to George and Stephanie (Zuk) Heermann. He was a self employed mechanic for many years. He was in the United States Army during the Vietnam War as a Military Police Officer. He was a lifetime member of Handyman Club of America. He married Mary Ann Linton on December 4, 1971. She past away from cancer in 1996. Paul is survived by his mother, Stephanie; two sons, Eric (Tiffany) Heermann and Jeff Heermann; two grandchildren, Mary and Brayden Heerman; one brother, Joe (Judy) Stanke; four nephews, Tim (Marian) Heermann, Joe Stanke Jr, Roger Stanke, and Jason Stanke; four nieces, Karen and Suzy Stanke, Taylor Stanke, and Zachary Stanke. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann (Linton) Heermann, his father, George Heermann, and his sister, Karen Stanke Memorials may be directed to the family.
