Patrick was born January 29, 1991 in Oak Park, Illinois to Patrick Shaffer and Cynthia (Horonzy) Shaffer. He is survived by a his father, Patrick of Idaho; 3 brothers, Michael Carrillo of California, John Shaffer of Ottawa, and Donald Clark of Idaho; his grandparents, Stan and Fredo Horonzy of Brookfield, Illinois; and his grandmother Dona Beth Shaffer of Idaho.
