Patricia Neumann

Patricia Neumann, 50, of Ottawa passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014 at her home. Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Ottawa Funeral Home. Pastor John Nordstrom Jr. will officiate the service. Visitation will be 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Friday, December 5, 2014 at Ottawa Funeral Home. Burial will follow funeral services at St. Columba Cemetery. Patti was born December 10, 1963 in Ottawa, Illinois to Frank and Mary Ellen (Schafer) Eichelkraut. She married Michael Neumann on December 14, 1984 in Ottawa, Illinois. Patti worked at Value City in Ottawa, IL for many years. Most recently she was a customer service manager at Walmart in Ottawa, IL where she was well loved by all who knew her. Patti dedicated her life to serving others, both in her career and her personal life. She could always be counted on to help those she cared about. She is survived by her husband; one son, Jacob (Stephannie) Neumann of Ottawa; her mother, Mary Ellen Eichelkraut of Ottawa; one brother, Jerry (Vicki) Eichelkraut of Crest Hill, IL; and her five foster grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father; and a brother, Tom Eichelkraut. Memorials may be directed to the family.
