Patricia Nanouski

Patricia D. Nanouski, 81, of Ottawa, IL, died, Monday, May 9, 2011 at Ottawa Regional Hospital and Healthcare Center. Private Funeral Services are Thursday, May 12, 2011 at Ottawa Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oakwood Memorial Park. Patricia was born September 26, 1929, in Ottawa, Illinois to Leonard and Ethyl "Bob" (Finney) Clements. She retired from L.O.F after 40 years of service. She is survived by ; two sons Joseph "Tom" (Kim) Nanouski and Jerry (Kathy) Nanouski both of Naplate; six grandchildren, Ronnie Callaway, Jeremy DeBernardi, Tommie Nanouski, Chad Nanouski, Sarah Nanouski, and Ashley Bartman; eight great grandchildren, Audrey Chamberlain, Ryan Chamberlain, and Andrew Chamberlain, Cameron Callaway, Piper, Lily, Sidney and Cole Nanouski; and her brother, Don Clements of Denver. She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, DeeAnn DeBernardi.
