Patricia "Pat" A. Stiles

Patricia A. Stiles, 76, of Ottawa, Illinois, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, December 8, 2013, at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center. A Memorial Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 11, 2013, at Ottawa Funeral Home. Cremation rites have been accorded. Patricia was born October 17, 1937, in Alliance, Ohio, to Angelo and Mary (Stefenel) Cook. She married Terrance (Terry) Stiles at Epworth Methodist Church in Ottawa on November 19, 1955. He preceded her in death on June 22, 1991. She is survived by her three sons, Kevin Stiles (Kathy Kimes) of Ottawa, Randy (Diana) Stiles of Ottawa, and Tim (Shannon) Stiles of Seneca; four grandchildren, Ashley (Ron) Forsyth of New Kent, VA, Jessica Stiles of New Haven, VA, Shane Stiles and Austin Stiles of Ottawa; six step grandchildren, Taylor Poyner, Chad Moyer, Steven Aussem, Jeffrey Aussem, Corey Kimes, and Haley Kimes; four great grandchildren, Savannah, Paisley, and Rylee of New Kend, VA and Ethan of Ottawa; and two sisters, Nancy (Chuck) Reeder of Ottawa and Kathy Horn of Desoto, IL; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and one brother, Michael Cook, Sr. Memorials may be made to donors' choice in Pat's memory.
