Norman Foster

Norman Foster, 83, of Ottawa passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at his home. A Memorial Service will be 1:00 pm Friday, November 7, 2014 at Ottawa Church of Christ with Carl Hardie officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 to 1:00 pm prior to services Friday, November 7, 2014 at Ottawa Church of Christ, with Military Services. Ottawa Funeral Home and Crematory has been entrusted with his services. Norman was born June 20, 1931 in Ottawa, Illinois to Alvy and Irene (Doolan) Foster. He served in the US Army in the Korean War. He worked for Roper's Factory for 22 years. He was a member of American Legion and VFW. He is survived by two sons, Jeffrey Foster and Patrick (Corinne) Foster; and one brother, Ken Foster. He is preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Roger and Richard Foster; and three sister, Donna Love, Ruth Foster and Dorothy Gretencord. Memorials may be directed to family.
