Norma E. Nagle

Norma Nagle, 82, of Ottawa passed away Saturday May 31, 2014 at LaSalle Co. Nursing Home. Memorial Mass will be 11:00 am Thursday June 5, 2014 at St. Francis of Assisi with Rev. Mike Adrie officiating. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery. Norma was born March 21, 1932 in Dwight, Illinois to Jennings and Kathryn (Lewis) Milbauer. She married James "Mule" Nagle, August 28, 1954 in Dwight, IL. Norma worked as a nurse for both Dr Majid and Dr. Yung. She was a member of St. Francis Church and the Catholic Daughter of the Americas. Norma loved to read and work in her garden but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband James "Mule" Nagle; two daughter's Sheila Diaz of Ottawa and Patty (Eric) Nelson of Mansfield; seven grandchildren, Courtney Diaz of Florida, Aubree Charbonneau of Marseilles, Claire Diaz of Ottawa, Briana (Ryan) Collins of Wildwood, MO, Danielle (Chris) Nelson of Lindenhurst, IL, Brody (Alecia) Harvey of Elliott, IL, Cassidy Nelson of Mansfield; four great-grandchildren, Keira and Kaylee Nelson, Haidyn Collins, and Brayden Harvey; and one brother, Jennings (Barb) Milbauer of Dwight, IL. She is preceded in death by her brother Peter Milbauer and a son in law Joseph I. Diaz. Memorials may be directed to St. Francis Church or to the family.
