Molly Mae Gunderson infant daughter of Ryan and Sarah (Jacob) Gunderson of Ottawa passed away peacefully July 15, 2016 at University of Chicago Hospital.

Private burial services will be held at Ottawa Avenue Cemetery. Ottawa Funeral Home has been entrusted with her services.

She is survived by her parents; maternal grandparents, Brian and Terri Jacob of Ottawa; paternal grandparents, Cindy and Jay (Gunderson) - Komater of Ottawa; aunts and uncles, Sadie Jacob, Emily Jacob, Adam Jacob all of Ottawa, Gayle (Jeremy) Gunderson-Johnson, Amanda (Adam) Gunderson Duffield; and maternal great grandparents, Jim and Betty Hofbauer of Cissna Park, IL., Wayne Jacob of Champaign, Doris Jacob of Westfield, IN.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Richard Gunderson.
