Mildred "Millie" Romano, 93, of Peru passed away Friday, October 28, 2016 at Liberty Village of Peru. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday November 2, 2016 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, in Hillside Illinois. Mildred was born August 24, 1923 in Chicago, Illinois to Bernard and Anna Christianne (Peterson) Galasso. She married Nicholas Romano in Chicago. She is survived by three sons, Nick (Peggy) Romano, Tony (Karen ) Romano, and Dan (Mary Ann) Romano.
