Mary Agnes Miller

Mary Agnes Miller, 84, of Ottawa, IL, formerly of Peoria, passed away Friday May 20, 2011 at Ottawa Regional Hospital and Health Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at St. Patrick's Church in Ottawa with the Rev. Philip Halfacre officiating. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 PM Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Ottawa Funeral Home with prayers at 4:00 PM. Agnes was born December 11, 1926 in Ottawa, IL to James and Mae (Haugh) Donohue. She married Willard "Bud" Miller December 26, 1955 at St. Patrick's Church in Ottawa. He died August 21, 2008. She was a member of the Catholic Women's Club in Peoria, LaSalle Co. Historical Museum and the Illinois Valley Two Cylinder Club. Agnes Gradated from St. Xavier's Academy Ottawa in 1945. Agnes is survived by two sons, Philip (Joyce) of Pekin, IL and Jeffrey (Patti) of Prior Lake, Minnesota; three grandchildren, Sean, Kyle, and Ryan; and one brother, Jim Donohue Jr. of Ottawa. She is preceded in death by her husband "Bud", two brothers, Matt and Edmund Donohue. Memorials may be directed to St. Patrick's Church, Marquette High School, or Donor's Choice.
