Mary Angeline Mclachlan

Mary Angeline McLachlan, 89, of Ottawa, IL, died, Saturday, October 17, 2009 at Pleasant View. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at St. Patrick's Church, with Rev. Lourduraj Ignatius officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 with prayers at 4:00 PM at Ottawa Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery. Mary was born January 12, 1920, in Ottawa, IL., to Lyle and Agnes (Katcher) Fowler. She married Donald A. McLachlan on April 17, 1940 at St. Patrick's Church in Ottawa. He died Sept 30, 1984. She was a member of, Ottawa Women's Club, Waltham Home Extension, and Illini Chapter of N.S.D.A.R. She gradated from St. Patrick's School and St. Xavier Academy. She is survived by one son, Robert (Sharon) McLachlan of Utica; two daughters, Carole Huebotter of Charlevoix, MI., and Mary Lou (Jim Stoudt) McLachlan of Ottawa; and one grandson, Christopher McLachlan of Utica. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald; and one brother, Edward Fowler. Pallbearers will be Jim, Don, Paul & Jack McLachlan, Ed Fowler and Kyle Lane.
