Mary E. Janeway, 86, of Huntington, IN and formerly of Sun City, Arizona and Bridgeview, Illinois went to Our Lord and Savior on Saturday, September 28, 2013, in Somonauk, Illinois. There will be no visitation or services. She will join her spouse on October 4, 2013, in the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, Illinois. Arrangements were entrusted to Ottawa Funeral Home. Mary was born September 12, 1927, in Chicago, Illinois, to Fredrick and Catherine (Rohacek) Watrous. November 1, 1952, she married the love of her life Melville Janeway in Hollywood, Illinois. She never met a stranger and was loved by those that met her. She was known by granny and mom to everyone she met; especially little kids, which she adored. Mary was especially known for her great and loving hugs. She was a wonderful wife and mother, the best one could ever ask for. She also loved to garden and attend church with her family.
