Mary Hill

Mary K. Hill, 69, of Ottawa, IL passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at Ottawa Pavilion. A Memorial Service will be 6:00PM Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at Ottawa Funeral Home with Rev. David Kipfer officiating. Visitation will be 4:00 - 6:00 prior to services on Wednesday. Ottawa Funeral Home oversaw her cremation. Mary was born November 19, 1941 in Ottawa, Illinois to Stanley and Ruth (Vandervort) Liedtka. She married the love of her life, James D. "Bunker" Hill March 15, 1965 in Spring Valley, Illinois. She is survived by two daughters, Maggie (Carmen) Contreras of Ottawa and Rose Wicks of New Port Ritchie, FL; one son, James "Bunker" Hill of Fort Myers, FL; ten grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Sharon (Leo) Deorr of Utica, Margie (Lyle) Hamm, and Elizabeth "Betty" Liedtka of Ottawa; and two son-in-laws, Robert "Catfish" Stevens, and Richard Graham. Mary is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James "Bunker" Hill; two daughters, Roxine Graham and Pamela Stevens; one brother, James Liedtka; and one grandson, Brandon Wicks. Memorials may be directed to the family.
