Mary A. Hall

Mary A. Hall, 87, of Ottawa, Illinois, died Saturday, March 8, 2014 at OFS St. Elizabeth Hospital in Ottawa. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00am Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at St. Columba Church in Ottawa with Rev. David Kipfer officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 - 7:00pm on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at Ottawa Funeral Home with prayers at 3:00pm. She will be buried in St. Columba Cemetery. Mary was born June 20, 1926, in Ottawa, Illinois to John and Margaret (Cunningham) Eich. She married George A. Hall on March 28, 1944 at St Columba Church; he passed away March 8, 1980. She was a member of St. Columba Church, Altar and Rosary Society. She was the center of her families Universe and the glue that held it together. She is survived by four daughters, Dorothy (John) Bruss, Margaret Armstrong, Linda (William) Seaman, and Karen (Robert) Hornbeck; three sons, George (Monica) Hall, William (Marcia) Hall, and Kevin (Cindy) Hall; twelve Grandchildren; twelve Great-Grandchildren; one brother, Gerald (Joan) Eich; one sister, Catherine Hicks. She was preceded in death by husband, George A Hall Sr.; her parents; three grandchildren, Michael Bruss, Renee Hall, and Andrew Hall; three brothers, Thomas, Joseph Eich, and Lawrence Eich; and her son-in-law, David Armstrong. Pallbearers will be grandsons, David Armstrong, Bradley Hall, Robert Hall, James Hall, Brian Seaman, Tim Seaman, Shaun Hornbeck and Jacob Hall. Memorials may be directed to the Family.
