Mary Jo Fowler

Mary Jo Fowler, 67, of Ottawa passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019 at Aperion Care in Marseilles.

Memorial Services will be at 7 pm, Thursday, April 4 at Ottawa Funeral Home, with Rev. Bruno Byomuhangi officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 7, prior to services, at the funeral home.

Mary Jo was born May 20, 1951 in Ottawa to Howard Jospeh and Katherine (Walsh) Grewenig. She worked as a registered nurse for over 40 years and spent time taking medical missions to the country of Haiti for more than 20 years. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her significant other, Clarence Sullivan; her sister, Sandy (Dan) Henson, and her nieces and nephews . She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Christopher Robin Forsyth.
