Mary Van Dorn

Mary "Delores" Van Dorn, 86, of Ottawa died Thursday, November 24, 2011, at St. Francis Hospital in Peoria. Mass of Christian Burial was at St. Francis of Assisi Church with Rev. Jules Adator officiating. Visitation was one hour prior to services at Ottawa Funeral Home. Burial was in Oakwood Memorial Park. Mary was born May 18, 1925 in Kinsman, Illinois to Mike and Hanorah (Coughlin) Ralph. She married Hubert Van Dorn November 20, 1965 at Immaculate Conception in Streator, Illinois. She was a telephone operator for twenty years in Streator. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Ottawa. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and one brother, Donald Ralph. Memorials may be donated to St. Francis of Assisi Church.
