Marjorie M. Mcnamara

Marjorie M. McNamara, 85, of Ottawa, died Monday June 22, 2009 at Ottawa Regional Hospital and Healthcare Center. Mass of Christian burial will be 11:30 am, Friday June 26, 2009 at St. Mary's Church in Naplate with the Rev. David Kipfer officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00-11:00 am Friday at Ottawa Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery. Marjorie was born April 13, 1924, in Ottawa, Illinois to Frank and Gertrude (Duffy) McNamara. She was a retired Nurse from Libby Owens Ford Glass Company. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of Americas and St. Columba Church. She is survived by one sister, Jane (Edward) Wielgopolan of Naplate; three nieces, Julie Wielgopolan of Naplate, Cheri (Mike) Pagakis of Ottawa, and Debra (Dan) Nagle of Normal; two nephews , Michael (Renee) McNamara of Peru and Troy (Raelene) Newcomer of LaSalle; and a sister-in-law, Marie (Wilfred) Newcomer of Peru. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother Wayne McNamara, a sister Lucille Jugenity and an Uncle Edgar Duffy. Pallbearers will be Mike, Matt, and Chris Pagakis, and Mike, Steve, and Joe McNamara. Memorials may be directed to the family.
