Marilyn M. Gould

Marilyn M. Gould, 74, of Ottawa, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, October 19 at Ottawa Funeral Home & Crematory, with Rev. Duane Kaufman officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00-1:00, prior to the services, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Ottawa Avenue Cemetery.

Marilyn was born December 8, 1941, in Ottawa, to Richard and Deretha (Armstrong) Woods Sr. She loved to read books and was an avid BINGO player and golfer. She was a member of many women's golf leagues.

Marilyn was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was a dedicated homemaker for many years. She worked at Taylor Street Market, Union Carbide, and retired from Farm and Fleet in 2004.

Marilyn is survived by four children, Charles "Chuckie" (Cindy) Gould Jr., Teri (Robert) Miskell Sr., Kari (Kevin) Gwin, and Richard "Richie" (Patti) Gould; three sisters, Jackie Curtain, Patti Fanti, and Debbie Sexton; ten grandchildren, Shannon (Stewart) Spencer Jr., Heather Collins, Stephanie (Justin) Engel, Jenae (James) Butzen, Joshua Gwin, Danielle Gould, Tyler Gould, Robert (Amber) Miskell Jr., Tina Miskell, Dennis Miskell, and Jessica Lavertu; and ten great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Ronald "Ronnie" Gould; and brother, Richard Woods Jr.

Honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren.

Memorials may be donated to the family.
