OTTAWA -- Marie Panier Wolfe, 87, of Ottawa, died Friday, Jan. 11, at her daughter's home in Deep Water, Mo. Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Francis of Assisi Church with the Rev. Gerald Meyer officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Ottawa Funeral Home with prayers at 4 p.m. Mrs. Wolfe was born Sept. 1, 1920, in Ottawa, to Joseph and Mary (Debernardi) Vittone. She married Alfred "Boy" Panier on Aug. 25, 1940. He died Jan. 15, 1997. She was a homemaker and member of St. Francis of Assisi Church. She is survived by three daughters, Mary Jo (Butch) Bohler and Charlene (Jim) Bailey, both of Ottawa, and Marlene (Dale) Stechman of Deep Water; four grandchildren, Tim and Jim Bailey, Brad Bohler and Shelby Stechman; five great-grandchildren, Damon, Dillon, Jasmin, Casey and Madison; a sister, Gloria Sigler of Ottawa; and her best friend, Peanut. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Jim and Camillo Vittone. Pallbearers will be Tim, Jim, Jasmin and Casy Bailey, Brad Bohler and Shelby Stechman.
