OTTAWA -- Maribeth Radtke, 54, of Ottawa, died Sunday, Oct. 21, at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick's Church with the Rev. Philip Halfacre officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in La Salle. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Ottawa Funeral Home. Mrs. Radtke was born Nov. 6, 1952, in Ottawa, to William and Betty (Weber) Grundon. She married Harold "Jeff" Radtke on Feb. 3, 1995, in Ottawa. She retired from the Ottawa Police Department in June after 33 years as office manager. She was a member of American Legion Women's Auxilary, Shoreline Boat Club and the 911 Board. She is survived by her husband; her mother and stepfather, Betty and Mike Starjak of Ottawa; a stepson, Ryan (Liz) Radtke of Peru; a stepdaughter, Rachel (Alec) Hueneburg of LaSalle; four stepgrandchildren, Rock and Ellie Radtke and Haldon and Callen Hueneburg; and two brothers, Jeff Grundon of Ottawa and Bill (Mikki) Grundon of Peoria. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. Pallbearers will be Paul Pitstick, Pat Hardy, Greg Elliott, Darrin Schmitz, Gary Cox and Brian Zeilmann.
