Marian Tuleck

Marian Tuleck, 83, of Ottawa, Illinois, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2013, at Rivershores Care Center in Marseilles. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at St. Patrick's Church in Ottawa, with Rev. Joseph Donton officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at Ottawa Funeral Home with prayers at 4:00 p.m. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery. Marian was born April 5, 1929, in Ottawa, Illinois, to Raymond and Jessie (Gauhan) Parks. She married Theodore Tuleck in Ottawa in 1947. He preceded her in death on July 16, 2011. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church, the American Legion Post 33 and she owned and operated Fred's Carry Out for many years. She is survived by daughters, Kathy Dahlberg of Rockford, Julanne (John) Brandow of Ottawa, Becky Tuleck of Wisconsin, Beth Tuleck of LaSalle, and Amy Tuleck of Ottawa; her son, Tom Tuleck of Maryland; grandchildren, Jamie (John) Fitzpatrick, Billy (Nikolle) Loughridge, Andrew Dahlberg, Sara (Gary) Schabo, Brennan Snell, Theodore "Teddy" Tuleck III and Betsy Tucker, Michael Kuzmich, Tyler Renz, Thomas and Tracy Tuleck and Tiffany Tuleck three sisters Alyce Harte, Rita Beardsley and Evelyn Dougherty; She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Theodore Tuleck; one sister, Jessie Haws; and three brothers, Thomas Donald, James, and Ray Parks. Pallbearers will be Andrew Dahlberg, Dave Marsh, Tom Kubinski, John Dougherty, Steve Loughridge, Dave Rexroat and Gary Schabo. Memorials may be directed to the family.
