Margaret Wood

Margaret Wood, 81, of Seneca, IL, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2019 at Aperion Care Marseilles.

Funeral Service will be Friday, November 29,2019 at 11:00 am at the Osborne-Nelson Funeral Home, with Rev. Duane Kaufman officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 until 11:00 prior to the service at the funeral home. Cremation rights have been accorded to the Ottawa Funeral Home.

Margaret was born July 13, 1938, in Camden, NJ, to Milton Redfield and Bella Wilson . She married Floyd "Shorty" Wood on April 23,1960 in Gibbstown, NJ.

She worked as a Homemaker. She was a member of the Seneca American Legion Women's Auxiliary.

She is survived by her husband, Floyd Wood; her daughter, Donna Schueler; and her granddaughter, Brittany (Thomas) Rynkewicz. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Ruth Pfeffer, Laura Starr, Doris Clifford, and Evelyn Campbell; and her brothers, Milton and Donald Redfield.
