Margaret A. Fellows

Margaret A. Fellows, 83, of Ottawa passed away Thursday, August 9, 2018 at LaSalle County Nursing Home. Cremation rites have been entrusted to Ottawa Funeral Home and Crematory. Per Margaret's request no services will be held.

Margaret was born July 2, 1935 in Galva, Illinois to Leonard and Evelyn (Fornander) Hepner. She married Wallace 'Dick' Fellows on May 26, 1956; he passed away February 13, 1987. She worked as a bookkeeper, managed the family household and farmed with her husband Dick. She loved quilting, crocheting, crafting and visiting with family and friends. She was very creative and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandsons.

She is survived by two daughters, Lori (Efrain) Gasca of Maple Park, IL and Lisa Fellows of Ottawa; three grandchildren, Joshua Lopez of Chicago, Jasmine (Joshua) Kroyman of Genoa, IL., and Jessica Perez of Elgin, IL; and three great grandsons, Conrad Lear of Maple Park, IL., and Jett & Jace Kroyman of Genoa, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one sister; one granddaughter, Juliet Gasca; and two nieces.

Margaret enjoyed the poem 'The Dash' and most of all wanted everyone to make the most of their 'Dash'.
