Margaret Brown

OTTAWA – Margaret Brown, 60, of Ottawa, passed away Thursday December 20, 2007 at her home. Funeral Services will be at 4:00 PM Sunday, December 23 at Ottawa Funeral Home with the Rev. Douglas Williams officiating. Cremation rites will be accorded following the service. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home. She was born April 15, 1947, in Chicago, the daughter of Lester and Della (Eickhoff) Koch. She married Thomas Brown Sr. on January 12, 1963, in Mississippi. He died in 1975. She is survived by a daughter, Dawn (Donald) Balicki of Ottawa, a son Thomas Brown Jr. of Ottawa, six grandchildren, Justin and Duncan Brown, Heather, Maggie, Tabitha and Donovan Balicki; two sisters, Mary Coleman of Texas and Carolyn (Dennis) Goforth of Arkansas, and two brothers Merle Gregory Jr. of Nevada and James Koch of Dixon. She was preceded in death by one brother Dick Gregory and one sister Virginia Weber. Memorials may be directed to the family.
