Lura Janke-Schoenfeld

Lura Ann Janke-Schoenfeld, 54, of Ottawa passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center. A private memorial service will be held. Ottawa Funeral Home oversaw her cremation. Lura was born December 31, 1957 to Theodore and Rita (Jones) Janke. She worked for Clover Technologies. She is survived by her two children, Lura Orvis Chaney and Eugene "Johnny Janke" Jonathon Orvis; both of Ottawa, four grandchildren, Cameron Chaney, Madalyn Orvis, Kyile Orvis, and Victoria Onken; three siblings, Mary (Bill) Janke Shute of Ottawa, Theodore R. (Teena) Janke Jr. of Marseilles, and Jody (Laural) Janke of Idaho; her lovely dog and best friend, Lukey; and many relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Connie Janke; one grandson, Steven Chaney; and one brother, Ed Janke.
