Lillian Geiger

Lillian Geiger, 76, of Ottawa, IL passed away Monday, December 6, 2010 at Pleasant View. A Memorial Service will be 6:00 p.m., Thursday, December 9, 2010 at Ottawa Funeral Home with Msgr. Jerome Ham officiating. A visitation will be 3:00-6:00 p.m. Thursday, December 9, prior to services at Ottawa Funeral Home. Lillian was born August 14, 1934 in Streator, IL to Michael and Ann (Uhren) Dvorchak. She married George "Dutch" Geiger October 1955 at St. Stephen Church in Streator. She worked at Bakelite Factory in Ottawa. Lillian is survived by her husband; one son, George Geiger III of Indianapolis, IN; one daughter, Diane (Richard) Garske of Cloverdale, IN; two grandchildren, Christopher and Michael Garske; one great grandchild, Ely Garske; two sisters, Dorothy (Jim) Geiger of Grand Ridge, and Leona (Ed) Staver of Streator; and one brother, Ed (MaryAnn) Dvorchak of Naperville. She is preceded in death by her parents. Memorials may be directed to the family.
