Kim (Rosencrans) Brock, 46, of Tampa, Florida, died Saturday, March 17, 2012 at her home. Graveside services will be held at St. Columba Cemetery at a later date. Ottawa Funeral Home oversaw the cremation rites in Tampa Florida. Local arrangements were entrusted to the Ottawa Funeral Home. Kim was born November 30, 1965, in Ottawa, Illinois to William T. and Joanne (Berta) Rosencrans. She worked as a claims adjuster for Insurance Companies in Tampa, Florida. She is survived by her father, Bill Rosencrans of Ottawa; her mother, Joanne Rosencrans of Ottawa; four brothers, Billy Rosencrans, Bob (Denise) Rosencrans, Rodney Rosencrans, and Jeff Rosencrans; four sisters, Renae Hockaday, Beth (Joe) Ugolini, Mary Rosencrans, and her twin, Kara Clanton. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and a sister Laurie. Memorials may be directed to the donors' choice.
