Kerry J. Condron

Kerry J. Condron, 58, of Ottawa passed away March 29, 2014 at his home. Memorial mass will be held at 1:00 pm April 3, 2014 at St. Columba Church with Rev. David Kipfer officiating. Visitation will be April 3, 2014 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Ottawa Funeral Home. Internment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Kerry was born July 31, 1955 in Fort Worth, Texas to Edward and Marilyn (Hart) Condron. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard and also attended Edgewood College as a History major. He enjoyed gardening, reading, spending time at Fish Lake in Hancock, WI, and playing pool. He is survived by his father, Edward Condron and his sisters; Kate (James) Becker, Margaret (Gaylord Hart) Condron, Sheila (Anthony Stroessenreuther) Condron, Bridget (Scott) McEowen; two nephews; Jay Olle, Sam Becker; and six nieces, Greta Becker, Julia Hart, Anne Hart, Elizabeth Hart, Delaney McEowen, and Molly McEowen. He is preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Condron; his grandparents, Ruth and Dalton Condron and Antoinette (Bess) and Raymond Hart. Memorials may be directed to Reddick Library, Ottawa, IL.
