Kenneth Bell

Kenneth N. Bell, 67, of Ottawa, Illinois, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2011 at OSF St. Francis Hospital in Peoria. The family will be honoring Kenneth's wishes that there will be no funeral services. Arrangements are entrusted to Ottawa Funeral Home. Kenneth was born March 29, 1944 in Ottawa, Illinois to Robert and Minnie (Thomkins) Bell. He married Rhitta Davis October 9, 1961 in Streator, Illinois. He retired from Libby Owens Ford Glass Company. Kenneth is survived by his wife; two daughters, Teena (Ted) Janke of Marseilles, IL and Brenda Barnett of Pontiac; one son, Kenneth (Rhonda) Jr. of Ottawa; six grandchildren, Sarah, Rob, Brandon, and Michael Bell, Andrew (Heather) Janke, and David Barnett Jr.; two great-grandchildren, Paige Janke and Lilly Ann Bell; one brother, Howard (Mae) Bell of Venice, FL; and one sister, Sheila (Edward) Haage of Ottawa He is preceded in death by his father, Robert; mother, Minnie; step-father, Raymond Craft; one daughter, Kim Ann Bell; a son Kurtis Bell; three grandchildren, Jason Barnett, Amanda Lane, and John Tolle; six brothers, Robert, Paul, Jack, Jene, William, and Buddy; four sisters, Delores Towne, Rosemarie, Lucille, and Hope Bell.
