Kai Faith Conroy

Kai Faith Kingrey Conroy, 35, of Avon, Colorado, lost her battle with cancer on Wednesday, May 20th at Presbyterian St. Luke's Hospital in Denver. Kai was born September 10, 1979 in Asheville, North Carolina, the daughter of Ada and Jack Kingrey. She married Neil Conroy on June 15, 2008; he survives. Also surviving are her children, Gavin and Greta Conroy of Avon, Co; her parents; a sister, Kellie (Kevin) Nelson of Edwards, Co; two brothers, Kent Kingrey of Eagle, Co, and Kyle (Sarah) Kingrey of New York, NY; in-laws Doug and Kay Conroy of Ottawa; three nieces; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Kai leaves a legacy of love as a great wife, mother and friend. We will always be grateful for the time that we had, and the love that she showed us. A Celebration of Life will take place June 7th from 12 to 4 at Terra Bistro in Vail, Colorado.
